Poor Richard's Almanac is Benjamin Franklin's collection of seasonal calendars, weather predictions, astronomical data, and pithy sayings that he published annually in colonial America from 1732 to 1758. The work contains Franklin's famous aphorisms about thrift, industry, and practical wisdom, such as "Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise."
